Bamboo cutting boards are better for your knives and keep them from dulling faster. This pack has 3 different sizes so you can have multiple prep going on at the same time. They are very stylish as well. These are made from bamboo that is resistant to bacteria and anti-microbial. I love these because now we will not run out of cutting boards if we need them. A word of caution, they cannot go into the dishwasher, but you can wash with water and some dish soap. You must also season them using coconut oil and then wiping it away with a cloth and this must be repeated once a month.
