I cannot get enough of InstaNatural products. So when I got the opportunity to try their essential oils, my heart lept, mostly because we love to make our own bath products.What’s more important is that they are made with natural and organic ingredients which are not toxic. You know I preach about minimizing your toxins that you put on your body, and these are a great step to make toward that.
When I put the oils in my drawer or on my desk, just in the bottle it was potent. I could smell them very strongly (the lavender gave me a headache) but that means they are long lasting and effective!
Overall the scent of Lavender is not my favorite, but my brother does like it. Flowery scents give me a headache so I will write this from his viewpoint. He uses it to scent his sheets to relax himself before bed. He is out like a light!
I use the peppermint for a variety of different uses from making shower melts, to preventing congestion, to my own lotion. I cannot get enough of it. My favorite use is for migraines, and it tends to clear it up and help me relax. Was kind of hoping to try their lemon oil in the near future!
