If you watch my Youtube channel you know palettes are my thing. I don’t care how much they cost, I want to try them all from the littlest Wet N Wild 3 Pan to a huge Coastal Scents 120 pan. So I jumped at the chance to review this and was so glad I did!
There are 14 shades in this palette and they are gorgeous. I love the baked and marbeling effect happening with them. The palette is bright and pigmented, and when I swatch the colors, they are creamy. Don’t believe me? Look at these swatches!
My complaint about this palette is that in order to blend you have to do some work. Some of the colors are a little powdery (like the above pink) but most of them are not!
Next let’s move on to the brush set, which is great and has a lot of variety. It comes in a very soft leather container with a leather flap to keep it clean. The larger brushes also come with a brush glove to keep them in shape. In my opinion they are missing a blending brush for creases. But other than that they are definitely good quality.
This set can be purchased on AMAZON for $17.50 on prime which is an amazing price for these 2 products alone, let alone together.
If you are looking for some variety and a jumping off point for your makeup collection, I highly recommend. This would also be a good set for any children looking for play makeup as it is inexpensive but good quality, unlike other “play makeup” sets you can buy at the toy store.
