Ever since the airlines have been making stricter limitations on traveling, I have been searching for bottles that would be perfect for me to use. I had found some similar to these before, but I wanted to highlight what an awesome product this is, even if you aren’t traveling!
So let’s start with the basics. Four 3oz silicone bottles come to a pack and they are enclosed in a zipper pouch, which is approved for airline travel. You can get them in a variety of colors depending on what you want. There is a little section cup on the side of the bottle which allows it to attach to a shower wall (although sometimes this does not work quite as well as I would like). Although it is a flip top bottle, the lid unscrews to reveal a wide mouth so there is plenty of room to add liquids in, without the aid of a funnel.
My favorite part though is around the plastic lid. If you pop off the silicone bottle, you can get to a plastic ring around the lid. This you can turn to indicate the type of product your have in the bottle. There are a few pre-printed categories but there are also a few blank so you can write in your own! This is such a nice touch, especially if you are like me and forget what is in where.
So, tips for using this product when not traveling; My favorite is when I have just a little amount of product left in a large bottle and I don’t want to keep it in my shower. I use these to take up less room! Another use would be for lotion if I need to stick it in my purse or put in my desk at work. Lastly, when I make my own body cream (shea and cocoa butter, is the best!) this is great container to use to apply. Be forewarned that the bottle is not recommended for oil based products. The solutions are endless!
Bottles can be purchased for $23.99 on Amazon (Prime) and while that may seem a little pricey, think about all the time you might use these!
