Moose Bay Rum Shaving Soap Review

Now that I have started getting some more products for men to review, I have taken to letting my male “Side Geeks” test them out. This was the first shaving soap that Marshall had tried.

He describes it like this: ” I like this soap. It actually converted me away from shower shaving. It has a good smell, and makes a good lather. It lubricates the skin better than what I had been using. You do want to have a badger-hair shaving brush to lather it with, but it works okay without.  As a side note, after washing it off, it did kinda burn like an aftershave until I towel-dried it off.”

What I like about it is it contains natural ingredients which I like because there is a lot of bad things in conventional shaving cream. He says that he is official changing over to soap and getting a badger hair brush and flat blades. Going old school…respect.

Overall this is a wonderful alternative if you are looking for something instead of shaving cream!
